Century Fountain

This fountain was created to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the signing of Mexico's constitution

Century Fountain

As part of the centennial celebration of Mexico’s 1917 Constitution, the Municipality of El Marqués commissioned us to create a new public attraction for Plaza San Pedro in Querétaro.

The installation features 25 illuminated water jets integrated directly into the plaza floor. All equipment is housed underground, preserving the open space for the community’s traditional religious, cultural and recreational events.

An additional 12-jet water clock was installed along the existing water wall. Synchronized with the clock of the Church of San Pedro, the fountain marks every hour through choreographed water sequences and bell chimes.
